The apricot tree in our yard has had a successful year, producing lots of fruit, which just ripened this week with all the sun we've had. I am not sure if it's because of how fast they ripened, but the little white worms that ate last year's fruit haven't had time to infest these. We had a good time yesterday picking our apricots - although I'm not sure what we're going to do with them all.
Here's the tree, loaded, as you can tell.

A close-up of some apricots.

Me, up in the tree, trying to get at the ripe ones at the ends of the branches.

Andrew and Gus on the ground gathering all the apricots.
