The following pictures are from the rest of our stay in Nettuno. This is the basilica where the relics of St. Maria Goretti are. The outside is nice enough but the inside is hideous, so I didn't even bother taking pictures of it.
The only noteworthy item in the interior was this beautiful statue of Our Lady of Graces.
Walking outside, we came across this dog wash. I have no idea why you would need to wash your dog, but for 50 cents you can park your dog in the little stall and have it be sprayed by the nozzle. We found the whole set-up quite funny. :)
We continued on to the hospital where St. Maria Goretti died. This is the room where she died, which has since been converted into a little chapel.
We picked up a kilo of cherries for 4 Euros. What a bargain! (Roughly 2.2 pounds for 6 US Dollars.)
Here's the last picture from Nettuno: the busy and cheerful marina with all the boats lined up.

Love the dog wash.
...so the lady in blue is still a mystery. I have seen that pic before and hope to remember her name. Spain is wonderful and your photos and tour show it. I miss you..and all of you. love, Rica
